摘要:: 目的：观察拔罐疗法联合如意金黄散外敷治疗乳汁淤积的临床疗效。方法：将乳汁淤积患者96例按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各48例，对照组使用拔罐疗法，试验组采用拔罐疗法联合如意金黄散外敷治疗，疗程均为5天。比较两组疗效、乳汁分泌情况及乳腺炎发病情况。结果：1)治疗后试验组患者治愈率、显效率及总有效率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；2)治疗后试验组患者泌乳平均始动时间小于对照组（P＜0.05），乳汁分泌量评分大于对照组（P＜0.05）；3)试验组患者乳腺炎发生率低于对照组。结论：拔罐疗法联合如意金黄散外敷能改善乳汁淤积患者临床症状，缩短泌乳始动时间，增加乳汁分泌量，减少乳腺炎的发生。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of cupping therapy combined with Ruyi Jinhuang powder for external application in the treatment of galactostasis. Methods: All 96 patients were allocated to the control group and the experiment group according to random number table method, 48 cases each group, the control group were treated by cupping therapy, and the experiment group by cupping therapy combined with Ruyi Jinhuang powder for external application, the course was five days. To compare curative effects, milk secretion and the incidences of mastitis between the two groups. Results: 1) After treatment, the cure rate, the effective rate and total effective rate in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05); 2)After treatment, average starting time of lactation in the experiment group was shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.05), the experiement group was larger than the control group in milk secretion(P＜0.05); 3)The experiment group was lower than the control group in the incidence of mastitis. Conclusion: Cupping therapy combined with Ruyi Jinhuang powder for external application could improve clinical symptoms, shorten the starting time of lactation, increase milk secretion and decrease the incidence of mastitis.
