摘要:: 从胃食管反流性咳嗽的中医认识、舌苔形成及变化的意义、病位与舌苔的联系、证型及舌苔表现、舌苔对患者预后质量的影响5方面入手探讨舌苔在胃食管反流性咳嗽中的诊断价值，指出舌作为人体的一个器官，贮存反馈着整个机体的全息信息，因此以中医理论为依托，分析舌苔质地、厚度及颜色等信息发现，舌苔与胃食管反流性咳嗽的病位和证型紧密关联，有助于确定疾病所属证型和所处阶段，并以此促进其辨证分型的标准化以及中医诊疗机制的系统化。

Abstract:: The value of tongue coating in the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux induced cough is discussed from five aspects: TCM understanding of the disease, the meaning of tongue coating formation and changes, the connections between disease location and tongue coating, patterns and the presentation of tongue coating and the effects of tongue coating on the prognosis of the patients, it is pointed out that tongue, as an organ of human body, is keeping and feeding back holographic information of the whole body, therefore, based on TCM theory, it is helpful to determine the pattern of the disease and the stages by analyzing the nature, thickness and color of tongue coating, close connections between tongue coating, disease location and patterns of the disease, and in this way to promote the standardization of syndrome differentiation and classification and the systematization of TCM diagnostic mechanism.
