目的:通过对比传统线栓法与改良线栓法法的存活率,为MCAO大鼠模型制备提供一种更稳定的造模方法。方法:选取50只雄性SD大鼠,分为实验组25只,对照组25只,实验组予改良线栓法,对照组予传统线栓法,造模成功后分别予生理盐水灌胃,对比造模成功率、神经功能缺损评分、20天存活率。结果:模型制备成功率实验组为96.0%(24/25),对照组为92.0%(23/25),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组神经缺损功能评分各分比率接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。20天存活率实验组为66.67%(16/24),对照组为31.9%(9/23),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良线栓法制备MCAO大鼠模型存活率高于传统线栓法制备MCAO大鼠模型存活率。

Objective: To establish the stabilized preparation MCAO rat model via comparing the survival rates of the rats prepared by traditional and modified middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Methods: Fifty male SD rats were randomized into the experiment group and the control group, 25 rats each group, the experiment group was given modified sture-occluded method, and the control group traditional sture-occluded method, they were drenched with physiological saline respectively after successfully modeling, to compare the success rate of modeling, neurological severity score (NSS) and 20-day survival rate. Results: Model preparation success rate of the experiment group was 96.0% (24/25), higher than 92.0% (23/25) of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). Different score ratios of NSS in both groups approached, and the difference showed no statistical meaning (P>0.05). 20-day survival rate of the experiment group was 66.67%(16/24), higher than 31.9%(9/23) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: The survival rate of modified MCAO rat is higher than that of traditional sture-occluded method.
