摘要:
目的：用体外药物释放度优化沙棘宫愈凝胶辅料配比。方法：以星点设计-效应面法优化的沙棘宫愈凝胶中卡波姆-940、三乙醇胺、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)及甘油等辅料配比制备供试样品。测定制剂中苦参碱体外释放度。结果：1号凝胶在各个时间点与其他凝胶剂相比累计释放率(Q)更大，在4 h后Q已达到72.3%，并持续释药超过12 h 。结论：沙棘宫愈凝胶的最佳辅料配比为卡波姆-940 1%、HP-β-CD 6.5%、甘油10%、三乙醇胺0.25%。
Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the ratio of adjuvant in Shaji Gongyu gel using in-vitro drug release. Methods: The proportions of the adjuvants including carbomer-940, triethanolamine, HP-β-CD, glycerin and others in the gel were optimized using central composite design-response surface methodology, and the tested sample was prepared in the proportion. To detect in-vitro drug release of matrine in the preparation. Results: Compared with other gels, gel No.1 presented higher cumulative release rates at different time points, the rate reached 72.3% in four hours, and the gel sustained release over 12 hours. Conclusion: The best proportions of the adjuvants in Shaji Gongyu gel are 1% of carbomer-940, 6.5% of HP-β-CD,10% of glycerin and 0.25% of triethanolamine.
