摘要:
目的：基于无尺度网络方法分析余瀛鳌先生治疗内科病的用药规律。方法：录入余先生671例门诊病历资料，建立临床信息数据库，运用无尺度网络方法进行数据分析，得出疾病用药规律网络、单味药与治疗疾病关联频度信息，经实际调研，总结出余先生的用药规律。结果：分析得出柴胡、生地黄、熟地黄三味药的用药频度最高，此外，补气健脾之黄芪、炒白术，祛湿化痰之陈皮、姜半夏、茯苓，舒肝理气之制香附、郁金，滋阴清热之玄参、麦冬等使用频度也较高。结论：余先生治疗疾病重调补，慎攻伐；在辨证与辨病相结合的基础上重视朔因；反对临床分型过于精细，致力于通治效方研究。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze Yu Ying′ao′s administration rules of treating disease of internal medicine based on scale free network methods. Methods: All 671 cases of outpatient medical records were typed to establish Mr Yu′s clinical information database, scale free network methods were used to perform data analysis, and obtain disease administration rule network, association frequency information between single herb and therapeutic disease, Mr Yu′s clinical experience was summarized through practical investigation. Results: Chaihu (bupleuri radix), Shengdihuang (rehmanniae radix) and Shudihuang (rehmanniae radix praeparata) presented the highest frequency of drug use in the treatment of the disease through the analysis, in addition, Huangqi (astragali radix), fried Baizhu (atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma), which could invigorate Qi and spleen, Chenpi (citri reticulatae pericarpium), Jiang Banxia (pinelliae rhizoma praeparatumcum zingibere et alumine), and Fuling (poria), which could eliminate dampness and resolve phlegm, processed Xiangfu (cyperi rhizoma) and Yujin (curcumae radix), which could sooth liver and regulate Qi, Xuanshen (scrophulariae radix), Maidong (ophiopogonis radix) and others which could nourish Yin and clear heat were in higher frequency of drug use. Conclusion: Mr Yu values regulation and tonification and is cautious about attacking when he treats the disease; he pays attention to the cause based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation; he opposes fine clinical classification and devotes to the study on the prescription for general treatment.
