摘要:
目的：探讨清金化痰汤对卒中相关性肺炎患者C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein，CRP）、白细胞（white blood cell，WBC）、超敏C反应蛋白（hypersensitive C-reactive protein，hs-CRP）水平的影响。方法：将81例患者根据入院顺序随机分为观察组40例、对照组41例，对照组给予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗，观察组在此基础上给予清金化痰汤治疗，两组治疗观察时间为1周，对比两组治疗效果。结果：总有效率观察组为92.5%(37/40)，对照组为75.6%(31/41)，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。美国国立卫生院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale，NIHSS)及临床肺部感染评分(clinical pulmonary infec-tion score，CPIS)评分治疗前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后，两组均显著下降，治疗前后组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。CRP、WBC、hs-CRP治疗前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后，两组积分均显著下降，治疗前后组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：清金化痰汤可有效改善卒中相关性肺炎患者的CRP、WBC、hs-CRP水平，缓解临床肺部感染症状和神经功能缺损程度，治疗效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of Qingjin Huatan Tang on CRP, WBC and hs-CRP in patients with stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP). Methods: All 81 patients were randomized into 40 cases of the observation group and 41 cases of the control group in light of admission order, the control group were treated by sulbactam and cefoperazone, and the observation group Qingjin Huatan Tang on the foundation of Western medicine the control group accepted, therapeutic observation time was one week, to compare therapeutic effects between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5% (37/40), higher than 75.6% (31/41) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between both groups (P＜0.05), there was no difference in NIHSS and CPIS scores between both groups before treating (P＞0.05); the scores reduced notably between both groups after treating, the difference was statistically significant within the groups before and after treating (P＜0.05), the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in CRP, WBC and hs-CRP between both groups before treating (P＞0.05); after treating, these decreased remarkably, the difference showed statistical meaning within the groups before and after treating (P＜0.05), the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Qingjin Huatan Tang could effectively improve the levels of CRP, WBC and hs-CRP of SAP patients, relieve clinical symptoms of pulmonary infection and neurological deficit with notable therapeutic effects.
