舒筋洗外用配合手法按摩治疗创伤后肘关节僵硬31例-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：回顾性分析舒筋洗剂配合手法按摩治疗创伤后肘关节僵硬的有效性。方法：采用舒筋洗外用配合手法按摩治疗创伤后肘关节僵硬患者31例，比较治疗前后患者异位骨化分级情况、Mayo肘关节功能评分情况。结果：治疗后仅2例分级为I级的患者骨化消失，其余患者骨化分级情况未改善，骨化总例数比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。肘关节活动范围和活动能力治疗后明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；肘关节疼痛度、稳定性治疗后无明显改善，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：舒筋洗剂结合手法按摩可有效治疗创伤后肘关节僵硬，但对于严重异位骨化引起的关节僵硬疗效不佳。

Abstract:: Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of Shujin lotion for external use and massage in the treatment of post-traumatic stiff elbows retrospectively. Methods: Shujin lotion for external use and massage were used to treat 31 cases of post-traumatic stiff elbows, to compare the classification of heterotopic ossification and the conditions of Mayo elbow function score before and after treating in both groups. Results: After treating, grade one ossification of only two cases disappeared, the rest didn′t improve, the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of total cases of ossification (P＞0.05). Elbow range of motion and activity ability improved apparently after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); pain degree of elbow and stability showed no improvements after treating, and the difference showed no statistial meaning (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Shujin lotion and massage could effectively treat post-traumatic stiff elbows, while it couldn′t improve joint stiffness induced by severe heterotopic ossification.
