摘要:
目的:考察经皮吸收制剂三七膜剂的制备工艺。方法:用聚乙烯醇05-88与聚乙烯醇17-88作为成膜材料,甘油作为增塑剂,吐温80作为表面活性剂在单因素实验的基础上用正交实验L9(33)进行基质处方的筛选,考察制成膜剂的柔软性、光滑性、色泽透明度、均匀性,最后得出最佳基质处方比例。结果:经筛选得出的最佳基质处方为:PVA05-88 1.0 g,PVA17-88 3.0 g,甘油4.0 g,吐温80 2.0 g。结论:通过正交实验筛选所得的基质中加入三七提取物后其柔软性、光滑性、色泽透明度、均匀性较好;该三七膜剂的制备工艺简单、可行。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey the preparation process of percutaneous absorption preparation Sanqi (notoginseng radix et rhizoma) coating agents. Methods: Polyvinyl alcohol 05-88 and polyvinyl alcohol 17-88 as the coating forming materials, glycerol as plasticizer and polysorbate80 as surface active agent were used to screen the matrixprescription by orthogonal test L9(33) on the foundation of single-factor test, to investigate the softness, smoothness, color transparency and uniformity of the coating agents, and finally to obtain the best matrix prescription ratio. Results: The best matrix prescription through screening were: PVA05-88 1.0 g, PVA17-88 3.0 g, glycerol 4.0 g and polysorbate 80 2.0 g. Conclusion: The matrix obtained and screened by orthogonal test L9(33) show better softness, smoothness, color transparency and uniformity and others after adding Sanqi extracts, the preparation process of Sanqi coating agents are simple and feasible.
