摘要:
就建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型的主要影响因素链脲佐菌素的应用、高脂高糖饲料喂养时间、大鼠品种的选择及体质量等方面进行综述，以期为建立稳定的2型糖尿病大鼠模型提供指导。
Abstract:
The main influencing factors of establishing rat model of type two diabetes mellitus were summarized from the application of streptozotocin(STZ), feeding time of high fat and high sugar diet, variety and body weight of rats and others, in an attempt to guide the establishment of type two diabetes mellitus rat models.
