摘要:
在Peter Newmark交际翻译的指导下，分别从词、句、篇章3个层面研究病例档案文本的翻译原则和策略，指出病历档案文本是专业性较强的信息类文本，其在遣词造句及谋篇布局等方面都带有鲜明的特色；病历档案的翻译主要是为了满足患者的境外就医需求及医务人员的国际学术交流，因此应用相应的交际翻译原则——简洁准确原则、清晰流畅原则、连贯性原则，能使病历文本信息得到有效表达和传递。
Abstract:
Under the guidance of Peter Newmark's communicative translation, translational principle and strategy of medical records text were studied from the phrase, sentence and chapter respectively, medical records text is professional information text, it features the unique use of words and phrases and distinctive planning layout; as the main purpose of the translation of medical records text are to satisfy the demands of the patients's medical treatment overseas and medical staff's international academic exchanges, the corresponding communicative translational principles: being simple and accurate, clear and smooth, and consistent could help the information in medical records text effectively express and deliver.
