摘要:
考证记载“脾心痛”的古代文献，从“脾心痛”的病因病机及治疗的方药来看，均以中焦寒湿内滞等记载为主。急性胰腺炎以里、实、热证为主。再从历代医家对“胃心痛”的病因病机分析、病证分类及方药治疗来看，属里实热病证的“胃心痛”更适宜用于急性胰腺炎的中医病名归属。
Abstract:
By studying historical documents of "spleen-heart pain", it was caused by cold dampness and internal stagnation in middle energizer from the cause, the pathogenesis and therapeutic prescriptions and herbs. Acute pancreatitis is of internal, excess and heat patterns mainly. "stomach-heart pain" of internal, excess and heat patterns are more suitable for the attribution of TCM disease name of AP by analyzing the doctors′ understanding to the cause, pathogenesis, classification of disease and syndrome, prescription of "stomach-heart pain".
