摘要:
《本草纲目》是人类中医药学史上的重要里程碑，是“东方药物的活药典”。《本草纲目》中包含了大量的养生内容，本文对李时珍的养生思想与主要养生方法进行分析，旨在为人们的养生实践发挥积极的指导作用。
Abstract:
Bencao Gangmu is the important milestone in TCM history, and the living pharmacopoeia of Oriental medicine. As we all known, it has made great contributions to Chinese materia medica, while fewer and fewer knew that it contained the contents of life nurturing, the paper aims to play a positive role in guiding people′s health nurturing practice through analyzing Li Shizhen′s thinking and main methods of life nurturing.
