摘要:: 目的：观察填精健脾逐水法联合足量激素治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：将62例患者随机分为两组，每组31例。对照组使用足量激素治疗，观察组使用填精健脾逐水法联合足量激素治疗，两组均连续治疗3个月。对比两组临床治疗效果及肾功能。结果：临床疗效观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗前，两组血浆白蛋白、胆固醇、血脂水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后，皆有所改善(P＜0.05)，且观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组副作用发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组肾功能明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：采用填精健脾逐水法联合足量激素治疗原发性肾病综合征，临床疗效显著，不良反应少。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of essence-replenishing spleen-invigorating water-dispelling method and adequate hormone in the treatment for primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS). Methods: All 62 patients were randomized into two groups, 31 cases each group. The control group used adequate hormone, and the observation group essence-replenishing spleen-invigorating water-dispelling method and adequate hormone, both groups were treated for three consecutive months. To compare clinical effects and renal function between both groups. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects notably, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Before treating, there was no significant difference in the levels of plasma albumin, cholesteral and blood lipid between both groups (P＞0.05); after treating, these indexes improved (P＜0.05), and the observation group was notably better than the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in renal function obviously (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Essence-replenishing spleen-invigorating water-dispelling method combined with adequate hormone is effective in the treatment for PNS with minor adverse reaction.
