摘要:
目的：探讨中医辨证理念在泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法：将95例泌尿外科后腹腔境手术患者，根据护理方法的不同分为观察组50例与对照组45例，所有患者都给予后腹腔镜下手术治疗，对照组在围术期给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予中医辨证理念护理，记录与随访两组患者预后。结果：术后并发症发生率观察组为6.00%(3/50)，对照组为22.22%(10/45)，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总满意率观察组为98.00%(49/50)，对照组为84.44%(38/45)，总满意率观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。中位生存时间观察组为(34.32±3.14)个月，对照组为(24.59±3.98)个月，观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。术后肠道恢复时间、引流管放置时间、住院时间观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：中医辨证理念在泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者围术期护理的应用能减少并发症的发生，促进患者康复，提高患者的满意度，延长患者的生存时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss application effects of the idea of TCM syndrome differentiation in perioperative nursing for the patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Methods: A total of 95 cases were allocated to 50 cases of the observation group and 45 cases of the control group according to nursing methods, all the patients were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery, the control group accepted conventional care in the perioperative period, the observation group were given the care of TCM syndrome differentiation idea, to record and follow the prognosis of both groups. Results: The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.00% (3/50), lower than 22.22% (10/45) of the control group (P＜0.05). Total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.00% (49/50), higher than 84.44% (38/45) of the control group (P＜0.05). Median survival time of the observation group was (34.32±3.14) months, longer than (24.59±3.98) months of the control group (P＜0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in postoperative intestinal recovery time, catheter drainage time and hospitalization time (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The idea of TCM syndrome differentiation applied to perioperative nursing for the patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery could reduce the incidence of the complications, promote the recovery, raise the patients′ satisfaction degree and prolong survival time.
