摘要:
通过探讨耳穴的中医理论根源、现代医学对耳穴的认识，结合中医对高脂血症病因病机的分析，查阅近20年来关于耳穴防治高脂血症的文献，归纳总结出单纯耳豆疗法及耳穴配合药物、体针、放血、埋线、温针灸等其他疗法综合治疗高脂血症的研究概况，认为耳穴疗法是治疗高脂血症的有效方法之一。此外，分析目前研究的不足，提出今后的研究可以从制定统一规范的诊疗流程、深入探讨耳穴的作用机制方面着手。
Abstract:
Through exploring TCM theoretical origin of ear acupoints, the understanding of ear acupoints in modern medicine, analyzing TCM cause and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia, and consulting the literature of ear acupoints in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia in the recent 20 years, research overview of only ear acupoints therapy and its combination with other therapies such as medicine, body acupuncture, bloodletting, acupoint catgut embedding, warming acupuncture in treating hyperlipidemia were concluded and summarized, ear acupoint therapy was one of the effective methods of treating hyperlipidemia. Besides, by analyzing the disadvantages of the current studies, it was raised that future study could be developed by formulating the unified and standardized diagnosis and treatment process and deeply discussing the mechanism of ear acupoints.
