摘要:: 目的：观察抗敏煎联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：将过敏性咳嗽患儿85例按照入院顺序应用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组43例给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗，研究组42例在对照组基础上联合抗敏煎治疗，观察两组患儿临床疗效、主要症状消失时间和白细胞介素5(interleukin-5，IL-5)、白细胞介素13(interleukin-13，IL-13)水平变化情况。结果：治疗后研究组患儿总有效率为85.7%(36/42)，高于对照组的60.5%(26/43)(P＜0.05)；治疗后研究组患儿咳嗽、咳痰、咽痒等症状消失时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组患儿IL-5、IL-13水平均降低，且研究组降低更显著(P＜0.05)。结论：抗敏煎联合孟鲁司特钠可缩短过敏性咳嗽患儿咳嗽、咳痰、咽痒等症状消失时间，调节IL-5、IL-13水平。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of Kangmin decoction and montelukast sodium in treating children with allergic cough(AC). Methods: All 85 children were allocated to two groups using random number table method in light of admission order. 43 cases of the control group wer given montelukast sodium chewable tablets, and 42 cases of the study group took Kangmin decoction orally based on the therapy the control group accepted, to observe clinical effects, disappearing time of main symptoms and the levels of IL-5 and IL-13 of the children in both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the study group after treating was 85.7%(36/42), higher than 60.5%(26/43) of the control group(P＜0.05); after treating, the study group was shorter than the control group in the disappearing time of the symptoms including cough, expectoration, pharyngeal itching and others after treating(P＜0.05); after treating, the levels of IL-5 and IL-13 reduced in both groups, and the decrease of the study group was more notable(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Kangmin decoction combined with montelukast sodium could shorten the disappearing time of the symptoms including cough, expectoration, pharyngeal itching and others, adjust the levels of IL-5 and IL-13.
