摘要:
从艾灸对血脂的调节作用、艾灸促进胆固醇的逆转录、艾灸的抗炎调控作用、艾灸对基质蛋白酶的影响、艾灸对内皮素和NO的影响5方面入手论述艾灸治疗动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis，AS)作用机制的实验研究进展，指出近年来针对防治AS的实验研究取得了一定成绩，研究表明灸法通过调脂、抗炎、改善血管壁结构等多种途径可延缓或抑制AS的发生。
Abstract:
Experimental research progress on the mechanism of moxa-moxibustion in the treatment of atherosclerosis (AS) were stated from the regulatory effects of moxa-moxibustion on blood lipid, moxa-moxibustion promoting reverse transcription of cholesterol, anti-inflammatory and regulatory effects of moxa-moxibustion, the effects of moxa-moxibustion on MMP, its effects on endothelin and NO, it was pointed out that experimental research on preventing and treating AS in the recent years have obtained certain achievements, the study showed that moxa-moxibustion could prolong or inhibit the incidence of AS through regulating blood lipid, fighting against the inflammation, improving vascular wall structure and others.
