摘要:
目的:评价北败酱水提物和醇提物的体外抗氧化活性和抗炎活性。方法:采用3种抗氧化体系检测提取物清除羟基、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基和超氧阴离子的能力,通过检测脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)生成量评价其抗炎活性。结果:浓度为10 mg/mL时,北败酱水提物和醇提物对羟基自由基(hydroxyl radical,·OH)的清除率分别为84.18%和32.93%,对DPPH·的清除率分别为45.33%和38.18%,浓度为1 mg/mL时,对O2-·的清除率分别为55.09%和44.09%。对LPS诱导的NO生成均具有抑制作用,并且呈量效关系。北败酱水提物和醇提物浓度为5 mg/mL时,NO的生成量由48.47 μmol/L分别降低到20.99 μmol/L和12.35 μmol/L。结论:北败酱水提物和醇提物均具有一定的抗氧化能力和抗炎活性,并且水提物的活性高于醇提物的活性。
Abstract:
Objective: To assess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of water extracts and alcohol extracts from Beibaijiang (herba patrinine) in vitro. Methods: Three kinds of antioxidant systems were used to detect the ability of the extracts removing hydroxyl, DPPH free radical and superoxide anion, its anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated through detecting LPS-induced NO yield. Results: When the concentrations were 10 mg/mL, ·OH clearance rates of water extracts and alcohol extracts from Beibaijiang were 84.18% and 32.93% respectively, DPPH clearance rate were 45.33% and 38.18% respectively, when the concentrations were 1 mg/mL, O2-· clearance rates were 55.09% and 44.09% respectively. It owned the inhibitory effects on NO generation induced by LPS, in the dose-effect relationship. When the concentrations of water extracts and alcohol extracts from Beibaijiang were 5 mg/mL, NO yield lowered from 48.47 μmol/L to 20.99 μmol/L and 12.35 μmol/L respectively. Conclusion: Water extracts and alcohol extracts from Beibaijiang possess certain antioxidant capacity and anti-inflammatory activities, the activities of water extracts are higher than these of alcohol extracts.
