摘要:
目的:探究中药黄芪治疗糖尿病肾病的研究现状,观察该领域的热点讯息及主要研究方向。方法:使用GoPubMed工具搜集文献资料并展开计量分析。结果:整理文献43篇,分析后得出20个高频研究关键词、核心作者、顶级期刊及研究区域分布情况。结论:目前黄芪治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效尚可,但药效学物质基础及毒理情况尚不明确,相关研究有待进一步开展。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey current situation of the study on Huangqi (Milkvetch Root) in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN), observe hot spot news and main research direction in the field. Methods: GoPubMed tool was used to collect the literature and launch the quantitative analysis. Results: After collecting 43 papers, 20 high-frequency keywords, core author, top journals and the distribution of research areas were obtained after the analysis. Conclusion: Nowadays, Huangqi in treating DN could obtain notable clinical effects, while pharmacodynamic material basis and toxicology are not clear, and the related researches need to be further developed.
