摘要:
目的：观察桑苏止咳汤治疗痰热郁肺型急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将150例患者按就诊顺序分为两组，每组75例。对照组采用西医常规药物抗炎治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用桑苏止咳汤，每日1剂。两组均以7天为1疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、免疫球蛋白含量、肺功能、血清炎性因子的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为89.33%(67/75)，对照组为74.67%(56/75)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。血清免疫功能、肺功能、血清炎症因子治疗前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：桑苏止咳汤联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型急性支气管炎临床疗效显著，可有效改善血清免疫因子、肺功能及炎症因子水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Sangsu Zhike decoction in treating acute bronchitis (AB) of phlegm-heat stagnating lung pattern. Methods: All 150 patients were divided into two groups according to the visiting order, 75 cases each group. The control group adopted conventional drugs of Western medicine to fight against the inflammation, the observation group took Sangsu Zhike decoction based on the therapy the control group accepted, one dose each day. Seven days were one course, to observe clinical effects of both groups, the contents of immunoglobulin, pulmonary function, the changes of serum cytokines after two courses. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 89.33% (67/75), higher than 74.67% (56/75) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in immune function, pulmonary function and cytokines within two groups before and after treating, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Sangsu Zhike decoction and Western medicine could gain notable clinical effects in treating AB of phlegm-heat stagnating lung pattern, it could effectively improve the levels of immune factors, pulmonary function and inflammatory factors.
