摘要:
目的：观察滋和汤对月经过少患者子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法：将60例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组给予滋和汤治疗，对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片+阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，两组均治疗3个月经周期。观察治疗前后两组证候评分，子宫内膜厚度、血流，超声Salle评分，妊娠情况及不良反应发生率。结果：证候积分，子宫内膜厚度、血流Salle评分治疗前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗后有5例可见子宫内膜下动脉(占16.67%)，对照组治疗后9例可见内膜下动脉(占30.00%)。两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。妊娠率观察组为33.33%(10/30)，对照组为16.67%(5/30)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为13.33%(4/30)，对照组为10.00%(3/30)，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：滋和汤可通过增加患者的月经量，提高子宫内膜厚度及超声Salle评分，有效改善子宫内膜容受性。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of Zihe Tang on endometrial receptivity in the patients with hypomenorrhea. Methods: Sixty patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 30 cases each group. The observation group were treated by Zihe Tang, and the control group were given estradiol valerate tablets and aspirin enteric-coated capsules, both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles. To observe syndrome integrals, endometrial thickness, blood supply, ultrasound Salle scores and the pregnancy conditions before and after treating as well as the incidence of adverse reaction. Results: The difference showed statistical meaning in syndrome integrals, endometrial thickness and Salle scores within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). After treating, inferior endometrial artery could be seen in five patients in the observation group and the patients held 16.67%, and there were nine patients in the control group, and they occupied 30.00%. The difference showed statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Pregnancy rate of the observation group was 33.33% (10/30), higher than 16.67% (5/30) of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 13.33% (4/30), higher than 10.00% (3/30) of the control group, and the difference showed no statistical meaning between both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Zihe Tang could effectively improve endometrial receptivity through increasing menstrual volume of the patients, lifting endometrial thickness and ultrasound Salle scores.
