摘要:
目的：观察丹莪妇康煎膏及孕三烯酮联合腹腔镜手术治疗有生育需求的子宫内膜异位囊肿患者的临床疗效。方法：将93例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组(46例)及对照组(47例)，两组均给予腹腔镜保守治疗，术后对照组给予孕三烯酮治疗，观察组给予丹莪妇康煎膏治疗。观察两组临床疗效、复发率，治疗前后糖类抗原125(carbohydrate antigen 125，CA125)水平，对比两组治疗期间不良反应发生率及治疗后1年的妊娠率。结果：总有效率观察组为82.6%(38/46)，对照组为76.6%(36/47)，总有效率两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。CA125水平治疗前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗后两组随访1年，观察组受孕11例(23.9%)；对照组受孕4例(8.5%)，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为4.3%(2/46)，对照组为21.3%(10/47)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：丹莪妇康煎膏及孕三烯酮联合腹腔镜手术治疗有生育需求的子宫内膜异位囊肿患者可以提高妊娠率，减少不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Dan′e Fukang soft extract, gestrinone combined with laparoscopic surgery in treating endometriosis cyst (EMC) patients who have fertility needs. Methods: All 93 patients were randomized into the observation group (46 cases) and the control group (47 cases), both groups were given laparoscopic conservative treatment, after the surgery, the control group gestrinone and the observation group Dane Fukang soft extract. To observe clinical effects, the relapse rate and the level of CA125 between both groups, To compare the incidence of adverse reaction during therapeutic period and one-year pregnancy rate after treating between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 82.6% (38/46), higher than 76.6% (36/47) of the control group, while the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups (P＞0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of CA125 before treating between both groups (P＞0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＞0.05). Both groups were followed for one year after treating,11 cases became pregnant in the observation group (23.9%), and four cases in the control group (8.5%), the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 4.3% (2/46), lower than 21.3% (10/47) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Dan′e Fukang soft extract, gestrinone combined with laparoscopic surgery in treating EMC patients who have fertility needs could raise pregnancy rate and reduce adverse reaction.
