摘要:
从理论基础、实验研究及临床应用等方面探讨益气化痰祛瘀法治疗肺癌的科学性及可行性，指出肺癌的中医证型复杂，尚缺乏统一量化标准，不论肿瘤分期、病理分型、治疗手段、基因检测等的差异，气虚、痰瘀互结是肺癌主要证型，其中痰、瘀为主要病理因素；气虚痰瘀互结为肺癌主要病机；由于中药方剂的应用经验性强，可变因素多，复制性较弱等特点，未来可尝试将中医四诊内容与现代诊疗指标相结合，以提高中医证型的规范化，并寻求科学而统一的中药处方；利用先进的制药手段丰富中药方剂的剂型，提高可控性和可操作性；尽可能开展多中心、大样本的临床研究，推进中医药在抗肿瘤领域的发展。
Abstract:
The scientificity and feasibility of treating lung cancer by invigorating Qi, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis method was investigated from theoretical foundation, experimental study and clinical applications and others, it was pointed out that TCM patterns of lung cancer were complicated, the unified quantitative standard was lacked, Qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis were the main pattern of lung cancer regardless of the difference in tumor staging, pathological classification, therapeutic measures, genetic testing and others, phlegm and blood stasis were the main pathogenic factors; Qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis were the main pathogenesis of lung cancer; while herbal prescription has the features of strong experience, many variable factors and weak duplication and others, in the future, we can try to combine the contents of four diagnostic methods of TCM with modern diagnostic and therapeutic indexes, to improve the standardization of TCM patterns, find out the scientific and unified herbal prescriptions; we can enrich the forms of herbal prescriptions using advanced pharmaceutical means, to lift the controllability and operability; we could try to launch multicenter and large-sample clinical studies to promote the development of TCM fighting against cancer.
