摘要:
目的建立一种大果飞蛾藤药材的快速鉴别方法。 方法采用实时直接分析离子源(direct analysis in real time ionization source,DART)结合离子阱质谱快速鉴别大果飞蛾藤药材,载气温度设为300℃,格栅电压设为+350 V/-200 V。定性鉴别采用比对东莨菪素、绿原酸特征离子和二级质谱进行。 结果该方法供试品制备简单,可以在短时间内得到样品质谱图,实现大果飞蛾藤鉴别。通过对不同批次大果飞蛾藤定性鉴别证明了该方法的可行性。 结论该方法可用于大果飞蛾藤药材的定性鉴别。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish a method for rapid identification of Daguo Feieteng (Porana sinensis Hemsl.). MethodsDART combined with ion trap mass spectrometry was employed to identify Daguo Feieteng quickly, the ionization gas temperature was set to 300℃, grid electrode voltage of DART was set to +350 V/-200 V. Qualitative identification was carried out by comparing the characteristics ions of scopoletin, chlorogenic acid and secondary mass spectrometry. ResultsThe method is simple to prepare the sample, and can obtain the mass spectrum of the sample in a short time to realize the identification of Daguo Feieteng. The feasibility of the method was proved by the qualitative identification of different batches of Daguo Feieteng. ConclusionThe method could be used to qualitative identification of Daguo Feieteng.
