摘要:
吴旭教授认为小儿遗尿症与“脑-督脉-膀胱”轴失常有关,该病病位主要在脑与膀胱,脑与膀胱功能失调为关键,督脉为连接脑与膀胱的通路,治疗大法为“通督温阳”,取穴以督脉及膀胱经穴位为主,针灸疗法的治疗目的在于改善患儿脑及膀胱功能,发挥二者在排尿过程中的协调性。
Abstract:
Professor Wu Xu thinks that enuresis in children is related to "brain-governor vessel-bladder" axis disorder, it is located in the brain and bladder, brain and bladder disorder is the key part. Governor vessel is the pathway of connecting brain and bladder, therapeutic method is "governor vessel-dredging Yang-warming", the acupoints of governor vessel and bladder meridian were selected as the main points. Therapeutic purpose should be to improve the function of brain and bladder in the children, to play the coordination of brain and bladder in the process of urination, therefore to improve enuresis in children.
