目的通过对近十年(2010年6月至2020年6月)以天麻为原料的食品相关发明专利进行计量分析,了解近十年相关专利的申请情况,为今后天麻在食品相关领域的应用提供参考和依据。 方法在中国知网的《中国专利数据库》首页输入关键词“天麻”,专利类型只选择发明专利,公开日设置为“2010-6”至“2011-6”,依此类推,检索出近十年与天麻有关的所有发明专利。将检索到的所有发明专利按照纳入标准进行收集,剔除重复专利,然后从发明专利的公开趋势、主要申请人类型、区域分布、技术领域分布、剂型分布等五个方面进行统计分析。 结果近十年以天麻为原料的食品相关发明专利的申请数量为312件,整体呈逐年上升趋势,在以企业及合作社为主要申请人的情况下,相关专利的申请在技术领域、剂型等方面多种多样,而相关专利的申请以天麻的原产地最为活跃。 结论目前国内天麻食品相关专利的申请已取得喜人的成果,但仍存在创新性低、研究主体不合理、成果转化有待提高等问题。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference and basis for the application of Tianma (Gastrodia elata Bl.) in food related fields through quantitative analysis of the food-related invention patents based on Tianma in recent ten years (June, 2010 to June, 2020), and surveying the application of the related patents in recent ten years. MethodsKey words "Tianma" was input on the home page of CNKI′s China Patent Database, the type of the patents only chose the invention patent, the publication date is set from June 2010 to June 2011, and so on, to search all the invention patents on Tianma in the recent ten years. All the invention patents retrieved were collected according to the inclusion criteria, and the duplicate patents were eliminated. Then the statistical analysis was made from the following five aspects: the disclosure trend of invention patents, the types of main applicants, the regional distribution, the distribution of technical fields, and the distribution of the dosage. ResultsIn the past decade, the number of applications for food related invention patents using Tianma as raw material is 312, and the overall trend is increasing year by year. In the case of enterprises and cooperatives as the main applicants, the application of related patents is diverse in the technical field, dosage and other aspects, and the application of related patents is the most active in the origin of Tianma. ConclusionCurrently, the application of Tianma food related patents in China has achieved gratifying results, but some problems still exist, such as low innovation, unreasonable research subjects, and the achievement transformation needs to be improved.
