摘要:
目的探讨安神中药在治疗心悸病古方中的地位。 方法查阅《中华医典》中民国以前具有治疗心悸功效的方剂，用聚类分析方法对方剂中的中药出现频次进行统计，对使用总频次≥20次的安神中药进行聚类。 结果出现频次首位是安神中药，出现1433次，占41.46%，其次是补虚药860次，占24.88%；补虚药、安神药可聚为一类；人参与茯神、远志、茯苓、紫石英、柏子仁配伍的情况较多。 结论安神中药在心悸治疗的古方配伍中处于君药或臣药地位。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the position of materia medica of tranquilizing in the ancient prescriptions for treating palpitation. MethodsBy consulting the prescriptions of treating palpitation in Chinese Medical Classics before the Republic of China, cluster analysis was used to analyze the frequency of materia medica appeared in the prescriptions, and the materia medica of tranquilizing with total frequency of more than 20 times. ResultsMateria medica of tranquilizing appeared in the first place of the frequency, for 1433 times, and it held 41.46%, tonics the next, 860 times, 24.88%; tonics and materia medica of tranquilizing could be classified into one group; ginseng was compatible with Fushen (Poria cum Radix Pini), Yuanzhi (Root of Siberian Milkwort), Fuling (Indian Buead), Zishiying (fluoritum) and Boziren (seman platycladi) mostly. ConclusionMateria medica of tranquilizing is usually the monarch or ministerial drug in the ancient prescriptions for treating palpitation.
