摘要:
从肺动脉高压、肺源性心脏病、骨质疏松、代谢综合征及抑郁症入手探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）（简称慢阻肺）常见并发症的中医治疗，指出中医治疗慢阻肺常见并发症主要以中医汤剂治疗为主，中医外治法对慢阻肺常见及少见并发症的治疗仍需要更多深入研究。
Abstract:
TCM therapy of common complications of COPD is explored from pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary heart disease, osteoporosis, metabolic syndrome and depression, common complications of COPD treated by TCM mainly use decoction, common complications of COPD treated by TCM external therapy and treatment of rare complications still need more in-depth research.
