摘要:
目的观察基于“毒瘀交阻”理论治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。 方法采用随机数字表及单盲法将慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例分为两组各40例，对照组予胃复春治疗，试验组予益胃化瘀解毒饮治疗，疗程6个月。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、慢性萎缩性胃炎胃组织在胃镜下的表现及病理活检积分。 结果总有效率试验组为97.5%（39/40），对照组为82.5%（35/40），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.01），试验组低于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组病理组织学疗效试验组改善优于对照组，病理积分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.01），且试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论基于“毒瘀交阻”理论的化瘀解毒法能改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床症状及部分胃镜表现。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey clinical effects of treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) based on the theory of toxin and blood stasis obstruction. MethodsEighty patients were allocated to two groups using random number table and single blind method, the control group was given Weifuchun tablets, and the experiment group took the drink of benefiting stomach, resolving stasis and eliminating toxin, the course of the treatment was six months. To observe clinical effects, TCM syndrome integrals, the status of CAG under gastroscope and biopsy score between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the experiment group was 97.5%(39/40), higher than 82.5%(35/40), and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); TCM syndrome integrals of both groups lowered after treating than before treating (P<0.01), the experiment group was lower than the control group (P<0.01); the experiment group was superior to the control group in the improvements of histopathology after treating, pathological score reduced than before treating (P<0.01), and the experiment group was lower than the control group in pathological score (P<0.05). ConclusionResolving stasis and detoxifying method based on the theory of toxin and blood stasis obstruction could improve clinical symptoms, clinical manifestations of partial gastroscopy in CAG patients.
