摘要:
目的确定消肿止痛巴布剂的制备工艺。 方法根据临床应用现状和药材的理化性质,制备不同工艺的样品,以对大鼠急性软组织损伤的作用为评价指标,优选适宜的提取工艺。采用正交试验设计和单因素试验优选提取、浓缩工艺参数,采用均匀试验设计法优选消肿止痛巴布剂的基质配方。 结果优选的制备工艺为:处方量四分之一的饮片粉碎成细粉备用;其余饮片加水提取3次,每次加8倍水,提取1 h,滤过,合并滤液,减压浓缩(80℃,-0.06 MPa)至相对密度为1.25的清膏;按比例称取细粉和清膏,加入高岭土∶甘油∶酒石酸∶甘羟铝∶吐温80∶聚丙烯酸钠(质量比1.20∶50∶0.10∶0.6∶0.15∶8.4)制成的基质,混匀,涂布,切片,即得。 结论确定的消肿止痛巴布剂制备工艺基本合理,产品质量稳定,可以用于该制剂的生产。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo determine the preparation process of Xiaozhong Zhitong cataplasm. MethodsAccording to the current situation of clinical application and physicochemical properties of medicinal materials, the samples were prepared by different techniques, and the effects on acute soft tissue injury in rats were taken as the evaluation index to optimize the appropriate extraction process. Orthogonal design and single factor test were used to optimize the extraction and concentrate process parameters, uniform design to optimize the matrix formula of Xiaozhong Zhitong cataplasm. ResultsThe optimal preparation process was as follows: crushing a quarter of the prescription decoction pieces into fine powder for standby; extracting the remaining pieces with water for three times, adding eight times of water for each time, after extracting for one hour and filtration, combining and concentrating the filtrates under reduced pressure (80 ℃, -0.06 MPa) to the extract with a relative density of 1.25; weighing the fine powder and the clear paste in proportion, adding the matrix made of kaolin: glycerol: tartaric acid: hydroxyaluminum glycinate: Tween 80:sodium polyacrylate (mass ratio 1.20∶50∶0.10∶0.6∶0.15∶8.4), mixing, coating, slicing. ConclusionThe preparation technology of Xiaozhong Zhitong cataplasm is reasonable and the product quality is stable, which can be used for the production of swelling-reducing pain-relieving cataplasm.
