摘要:
国医大师卢芳认为，肾盂肾炎的病因病机为邪犯足太阳膀胱经，热与湿结，邪由经入腑，膀胱气化不利，气机受阻，久病及肾，膀胱湿热则害肾，引起肾虚，卫外不固，故易反复发作。针对此病因病机，卢老采用清热解毒，活血祛湿的治疗原则，并以泌感汤治疗此病，取得较好临床效果。
Abstract:
National medical master Lu Fang thinks that the cause and the pathogenesis of pyelonephritis is the evil invading the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang, heat mixing with damp, the evil entering the Fu organs via the meridian, inhibited bladder gasification, Qi movement obstructing,prolonged disease involving kidney, damp-heat in the bladder damaging kidney and inducing kidney deficiency, weakened defensive Qi,therefore, the disease is easy to recur.He employs therapeutic principles of clearing heat and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and eliminating dampness according to the cause and the pathogenesis, obtains better clinical effects by treating the disease with self-made Migan decoction.
