摘要:
从素食养生——淡在茹素、避免厚味——淡在滋味、不贪不占——淡在情绪3方面解读孙思邈食疗养生观中“淡食”养生观所蕴含的科学意义,探讨孙思邈“淡食”养生观形成的原因,从新的角度探讨“淡食”这一养生观念对现代养生研究的启示和价值。
Abstract:
The paper illustrates the scientific significance contained in Sun Simiaos health preservation concept of “salt-free diet” from three aspects including health preservation by vegetarian diet, light in vegetarian, avoiding greasy food, light in taste, no greed and occupying, light in mood, discusses the reason for the formation of his health concept, the enlightenment and value of his concept to modern health research from a new perspective.
