摘要:
目的探讨近十年国际客观结构化临床考试（objective structured clinical examination，OSCE）在护理教育领域的研究态势，为国内研究提供思路。 方法检索2010年1月1日至2020年5月1日）收录于Web of Science 核心合集数据库中的相关文献，利用Citespace对OSCE护理教育领域内的发文国家/地区与研究机构、核心期刊、被引文献、关键词进行可视化分析。 结果当前国际OSCE在护理教育领域的研究主要以美国、英国、澳大利亚占主导地位；核心期刊主要有《Nurse Education Today》《Medicine Education》《Medical Teacher》等；通过关键词共现聚类分析出当前国际研究热点话题主要有临床能力、沟通培训、护生对OSCE的反馈、OSCE系统的开发和验证、标准化病人模拟培训、缓解OSCE压力的干预措施。 结论国内OSCE在护理教育领域研究仍有上升空间，未来应关注该领域的研究热点，并结合我国实际情况进行深入探索。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the thinking for domestic study by exploring research situation of OSCE in the field of nursing education in the recent ten years. MethodsThe related papers included in core collection database of Web of Science were searched between January 1 st, 2010 and May 1st, 2020, Citespace was utilized to perform visualization analysis of the country/research institutions, core journals, cited literature and keywords in the field of OSCE nursing education. ResultsCurrently, the research of international OSCE in the field of nursing education is mainly dominated by the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia; core journals contained Nurse Education Today, Medicine Education, Medical Teacher and other; through keyword co-occurrence cluster analysis, the current hot topics in international research mainly included clinical ability, communication training, nursing students' feedback on OSCE, development and verification of OSCE system, standardized patient simulation training, and intervention measures to relieve the stress of OSCE. ConclusionThere is still room for improvement in the research of OSCE in the field of nursing education in China, in the future, we should pay attention to the research hotspots in this field and conduct in-depth exploration combined with the actual situation in China.
