摘要:
中医“相傅之官”肺通过宣发使水谷精微布散全身、气机条畅，通过肃降清除机体运行产生的有害物质或代谢废物于体外，从而保障正常生命活动；细胞通过自噬保障自身在不利环境中的正常生存，清除有害物质及代谢产物，维护机体正常的物质代谢平衡。可见中医肺与细胞自噬在某一方面是相通的，因此，研究中医肺宣发肃降功能的现代医学原理，可为西医细胞自噬现象奠定中医理论基础。
Abstract:
Lung in traditional Chinese medicine could make cereal essence spread all over the body and Qi movement well-organized by dispersing, and eliminate the harmful substances or metabolic waste produced in the operation of human body by descending, therefore to ensure normal life activities; cells ensure their normal survival in adverse environment via autophagy, get rid of the harmful substances or metabolic waste, and maintain the normal material metabolism balance of the body. Lung in TCM and autophagy are interlinked in some way, consequently, developing modern medicine of dispersing and descending functions of lung in TCM could lay TCM theoretical foundation for cell autophagy in Western medicine.
