摘要:
目的研究葫芦茶水提取物镇咳、祛痰、平喘的药效学作用。 方法分别以昆明种小鼠、Wistar大鼠和豚鼠为实验动物,采用小鼠氨水引咳法和豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法观察葫芦茶水提物的镇咳作用,采用小鼠酚红祛痰法和大鼠毛细管祛痰法观察其祛痰效果,采用豚鼠组胺引喘法观察其平喘作用。 结果与模型组比较,葫芦茶水提物高、中剂量组对浓氨水致小鼠咳嗽反应的咳嗽潜伏期显著延长,2 min内咳嗽次数显著减少(P<0.05),而葫芦茶水提物低剂量组效果不明显(P>0.05);葫芦茶水提物高、中低剂量组对枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽反应的咳嗽潜伏期显著延长,5 min内咳嗽次数显著减少(P<0.05);葫芦茶水提物高、中低剂量组小鼠的气管段酚红排泄量显著增加(P<0.05);葫芦茶水提物高、中低剂量组大鼠的排痰量显著增加(P<0.05);葫芦茶水提物高、中低剂量组可延长组胺致豚鼠哮喘潜伏期(P<0.05)。 结论葫芦茶水提物具有镇咳、祛痰、平喘的作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of aqueous extract of Hulucha (tadehagi triquetrum). MethodsKunming mice, Wistar rats and guinea pigs were employed respectively, ammonia induced cough in mice and citric acid induced cough in guinea pigs were used to observe the antitussive effects of aqueous extract of Hulucha, phenol red expectorant method in mice and capillary expectorant method in rats to explore its expectorant effects, and histamine induced asthma in guinea pigs to observe its antiasthmatic effects. ResultsCompared with the model group, the latency of cough induced by concentrated ammonia water was significantly prolonged in the high and moderate dosages groups of Hulucha, cough times reduced notably within two minutes, while the effects of low dose group of Hulucha was insignificant (P<0.05); the latency of cough induced by citric acid in guinea pigs was notably prolonged in the high and moderate dosages groups of Hulucha, cough times reduced notably within five minutes, phenol red excretion in trachea of the mice increased signficantly in the high and moderate dosages groups of Hulucha; sputum output of the rats increased notably in the high and moderate dosages groups of Hulucha; the latency of asthma induced by histamine was significantly prolonged in the high and moderate dosages groups of Hulucha(P<0.05). ConclusionAqueous extract of Hulucha owns the antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
