摘要:
目的探讨养阴止渴丸对糖尿病（diabetes mellitus，DM）模型大鼠血糖水平的影响。 方法取大鼠72只随机分为空白对照组，模型对照组，阳性对照组，养阴止渴丸高、中、低剂量组，每组12只。除空白对照组外，其余各组制备DM模型大鼠，各组给予相应药物灌胃，每日1次，连续30天。观察各组大鼠体质量、饮食量、空腹血糖（fasting blood glucose，FBG），血清胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指数（insulin sensitive index，ISI）。取小鼠60只，随机分为空白对照组，阳性对照组，养阴止渴丸高、中、低剂量组，每组12只。各组给予相应药物灌胃，每日1次，连续7天。观察各组小鼠糖耐量血糖值变化。 结果养阴止渴丸各剂量组大鼠随着给药时间体质量减少，进食量、饮水量相对减少，临床症状有所改善；大鼠FBG、血清胰岛素、ISI均明显降低，与模型对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。养阴止渴丸高、中剂量组小鼠糖耐量试验各时间点血糖值与空白对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论养阴止渴丸能显著降低DM模型大鼠的空腹血糖。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of Yin-nourishing thirst-relieving pills on the levels of blood glucose in rat models with diabetes mellitus. MethodsAll 72 rats were chosen and randomized into blank control group, model control group, positive control group, high, moderate and low dosages groups of Yin-nourishing thirst-relieving pills, 12 rats in each group. Except blank control group, the rats in other groups were prepared into DM models, and different groups were drenched with the corresponding medicine, once each day, for 30 days consecutively. To observe body mass, food intake, FBG, serum insulin and ISI of the rats in different groups. Sixty mice were selected, randomized into blank control group, positive control group, high, moderate and low dosages groups of Yin-nourishing thirst-relieving pills, 12 mice in each group. Different groups were drenched with the corresponding medicine, once each day, for seven days consecutively. To observe the changes of glucose tolerance of the mice in different groups. ResultsFood intake and water consumption of the rats in different dosages groups of Yin-nourishing thirst-relieving pills lowered as the medication time and body mass reduced, clinical symptoms improved; the levels of FBG, serum insulin and ISI of the rats lowered notably, the difference had statistical meaning compared with model control group (P<0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning when blood glucose value of tolerance test at different time points in high and moderate dosages groups of Yin-nourishing thirst-relieving pills were compared with blank control group (P>0.05). ConclusionYin-nourishing thirst-relieving pills could apparently lower FBG of DM rat models.
