摘要:
以《临证指南医案》《未刻本叶氏医案》为依据，探讨叶天士运用通络法治疗瘀阻脉络型胃痛的学术思想和临床经验。叶天士发展了络病理论，他认为瘀阻脉络型胃痛的病因包括饮食失常、情志不畅、久病耗伤，治以通络为法，遣药组方规律一为以辛为泄，一为以虫蚁搜剔为主。
Abstract:
Based on a guide to clinical practice with medical record and unprinted Ye's medical records, the paper discusses Ye Tianshi's academic thought and clinical experience in treating stomachache of stagnation obstructing collaterals pattern with the collateral-dredging method. He developes the theory of collaterals, he believes that the causes of stomachache include abnormal diet, bad mood and long-term illness, the treatment is based on the method of dredging collaterals, the law of forming prescription uses pungent herbs to discharge, and insects and ants to search and eliminate the pathogens.
