摘要:
目的探讨大黄?虫胶囊联合西药治疗心血瘀阻型不稳定心绞痛的临床效果及其对血清炎症因子的影响。 方法将57例心血瘀阻型不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组，其中观察组29例，对照组28例。对照组给予冠心病基础治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用大黄?虫胶囊，8周后分析对比两组临床疗效、证候积分疗效及治疗前后血清炎症因子水平变化情况。 结果临床疗效总有效率观察组为89.6%（26/29），对照组为67.8%（19/28），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。证候积分疗效总有效率观察组为93.1%（27/29），对照组为64.2%（18/28），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组血清炎症因子白细胞介素6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、超敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，hs-CRP）水平均较治疗前明显降低，观察组降低更明显，两组治疗前后组内及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论大黄?虫胶囊联合西药治疗心血瘀阻型不稳定心绞痛疗效显著，可明显降低血清炎症因子水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore clinical effects of Dahuang Zhechong capsules combined with Western medicine in treating angina pectoris (AP) of heart blood stasis pattern and its influence on the levels of serum inflammatory factors. MethodsAll 57 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 29 cases in the observation group and 28 cases of the control group. The control group accepted basic therapy of AP, and the observation group took Dahuang Zhechong capsules based on basic therapy of AP, to analyze and compare therapeutic effects, syndrome scores and the levels of serum inflammatory factors between both groups in eight weeks. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 89.6%（26/29） after treating, higher than 67.8%(19/28) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Total effective rate of syndromes scores clinical effects of the observation group was 93.1%(27/29), higher than 64.2%(18/28) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); the levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP of both groups lowered remarkably after treating compared with these before treating, the decrease of the observation group was more notable, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating, within group before and after treating (P<0.05). ConclusionDahuang Zhechong capsules combined with Western medicine could gain notable clinical effects in treating AP of heart blood stasis pattern, and it could apparently lower the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
