摘要:
目的优选健脾运化合剂壳聚糖絮凝沉淀工艺。 方法以芍药苷、橙皮苷转移率及除杂率为评价指标,以药液浓度、壳聚糖加入量、温度及搅拌时间为考察因素,选用正交试验法优选健脾运化合剂澄清工艺。 结果优选出最佳工艺为:药液浓度0.5 g/mL,每10 L药液加1%醋酸壳聚糖溶液1 L,絮凝温度40℃,搅拌时间40 min。 结论该澄清工艺条件下有效成分保留率高、除杂效果好,适用于健脾运化合剂纯化工艺研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo optimize chitosan flocculation precipitation method for spleen-invigorating transportation mixture. MethodsBy taking paeoniflorin, hesperidin and impurity removal rate as the evaluation indexes, solution concentration, chitosan addition, temperature and stirring time as the investigation factors, the clarification process of spleen-invigorating transportation mixture was optimized by orthogonal test. ResultsThe optimum process was: solution concentration 0.5 g/mL, adding 1% chitosan acetate solution 1L for every 10 L of solution, flocculation temperature 40℃, mixing time 40 min. ConclusionThe clarification process has high retention rate of the active ingredients and good impurity removal effects, and it is suitable for the purification process of spleen-invigorating transportation mixture.
