摘要:
通过对《黄帝内经》相关论述进行分析，认为经脉是卫气通散全身的重要通道，卫气是经脉发挥作用的基础，两者在人体生理、病理和治疗中发挥重要作用，且相互影响。因此“审察卫气，为百病母”的同时需全面考虑，不可忽视经脉在其中的重要作用，从经脉分析辨证时，务必辨析卫气的状态；调治卫气失常时，必须配合调畅经脉。
Abstract:
By analyzing the related statements in Huangdi Neijing, the author thinks that meridians are the important channel of defensive Qi clearing and dispersing in the whole body, and defensive Qi is the foundation of meridian producing the effects, both of them are playing the important roles in human physiology, pathology and treatment, the pathological changes of both affect each other, and even the whole body. Therefore, while "examining defensive Qi and being the mother of all diseases", we should comprehensively consider the important role of meridians, when analyzing syndrome differentiation from meridians, we must distinguish the state of defensive Qi; when regulating and treating abnormal defensive Qi, we must cooperate with regulating and unblocking meridians.
