摘要:
目的研究柔肝化纤颗粒对失代偿期肝硬化患者肠道菌群的影响。 方法选取66例肝硬化失代偿期肠道菌群失衡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上服用柔肝化纤颗粒,比较两组肝功能指标及肠道菌群变化情况。 结果治疗后,两组谷氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组肝功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌较治疗前增高,大便肠球菌、酵母菌较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组肠道菌群各指标改善不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组肠道菌群指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论柔肝化纤颗粒能够有效改善肝硬化失代偿期患者肠道菌群失衡状态及肝功能,其治疗肝硬化的机制之一可能与调控肠道菌群有关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effects of Rougan Huaxian granules on intestinal flora in patients with decompensated cirrhosis. MethodsAll 66 patients with decompensated cirrhosis and the imbalance of intestinal flora were chosen and randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 33 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional Western medicine, and the observation group took Rougan Huaxian granules based on conventional Western medicine, to compare the indexes of liver function and the changes of intestinal flora between both groups. ResultsAfter treating, the levels of ALT, AST and TBIL of both groups lowered significantly than before the treatment, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05), and the improvements of liver function of the observation group were better than these of the control group (P<0.05).Bifidobacterium and lactobacillus were higher than those before treatment, enterococcus faecalis and yeast were lower than those before treatment in the observation group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05), the improvements of the indexes of intestinal flora in the control group were insignificant, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05); the improvements of the indexes of intestinal flora of the observation group were better than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionRougan Huaxian granules could effectively improve intestinal flora and liver function in patients with decompensated cirrhosis, and one of the mechanism of treating liver cirrhosis might be related to regulating intestinal flora.
