摘要:
目的研究自制可调式温灸罐（self-made adjustable moxa-jar，SAMJ）治疗膝骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）的有效性。 方法将120例膝骨性关节炎患者分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组给予艾灸罐治疗，对照组给予温针灸治疗。评估两组临床疗效、膝关节疼痛评分、骨关节指数。 结果总有效率观察组［93.33%（56/60）］优于对照组［76.67%（46/60）］（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后关节疼痛评分及骨关节指数改善情况均优于治疗前（P＜0.05），且观察组治疗后优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论自制可调式温灸罐可明显减轻患者疼痛症状，改善膝关节功能，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effectiveness of SAMJ in treating KOA. MethodsAll 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The observation group accepted SAMJ, and the control group needle warming moxibustion. To assess clinical effects, knee joint pain scores and bone joint indexes in both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% (56/60), superior to 76.67% (46/60) of the control group (P<0.05). The improvements of joint pain scores and bone joint indexes of the two groups after treating were better than these before treating (P<0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group after treating (P<0.05). ConclusionSAMJ could notably alleviate the pain of the patients, improve knee joint function and raise clinical effects.
