摘要:
目的探讨言语激励联合流程化健康宣教对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(lower extremity arteriossclerosis obliterans,LEASO)患者术后负面情绪及生活质量的影响。 方法选择LEASO患者70例,根据入院时间分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35)例。对照组采用传统健康宣教方法进行宣教活动,观察组采用言语激励联合流程化健康宣教进行宣教活动。比较两组患者LEASO疾病认识和治疗知识掌握程度、焦虑情况[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)]、抑郁情况[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)]、生活质量(SF-36)、自我护理能力[自我护理能力测定量表(exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)]以及对护理工作满意度。 结果干预后,观察组LEASO疾病知识、治疗措施、注意事项、配合事项、护理方法等方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);HAMA和HAMD量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36量表各维度评分,ESCA量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论言语激励联合流程化健康宣教能提高患者对LEASO疾病的认识和腔内治疗的掌握程度,减轻术后负面情绪,加强患者自我护理能力,提高生活质量和护理满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of verbal motivation and streamline health education on negative moods and quality of life in patients suffering LEASO. Methods70 LEASO patients were chosen, divided into the observation group (35 cases) and the control group (35 cases) in light of hospitalization time. The control group accepted traditional health education, while the observation group verbal motivation and streamline health education. To compare the mastery degrees of LEASO disease recognition and therapeutic knowledge, anxiety conditions (HAMA), depression conditions (HAMD), SF-36, self-care ability (ESCA) and the satisfaction degree to nursing between both groups. ResultsAfter the intervention, the observation group was higher than the control group in LEASO disease knowledge, therapeutic measures, precautions, cooperation matters and nursing methods (P<0.05); HAMA and HAMD scores lower than these of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of the dimensions of SF-36 scale and the scores of the dimensions of ESCA scale (P<0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). ConclusionVerbal motivation combined with streamline health education could raise the patients' mastery degrees of LEASO disease recognition and therapeutic knowledge, relieve negative moods after the operation, enhance self-care ability and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction degrees.
