摘要:
目的观察半夏泻心汤联合强的松治疗儿童嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎的临床疗效。 方法将110例嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎患儿按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组55例。对照组给予强的松治疗，观察组给予半夏泻心汤联合强的松治疗，两组均连续治疗2周。观察两组临床疗效、外周血白细胞计数（white blood cell，WBC）与嗜酸性粒细胞（eosinophils，EOS）水平及不良反应发生率。 结果观察组总有效率［94.55%（52/55）］优于对照组［81.82%（45/55）］（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后外周血WBC、EOS水平均下降（P＜0.05），且观察组降低程度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率［10.91%（6/55）］与对照组不良反应发生率［5.45%（3/55）］比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论半夏泻心汤联合强的松治疗儿童嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎，能够显著增加治疗效果，促进血清WBC、EOS水平趋于正常，虽在一定程度上略增加不良反应发生率，但与对照组比较无明显差异。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze clinical therapeutic effects of Banxia Xiexin decoction and prednisone in the treatment of eosinophilic gastroenteritis in children. MethodsAll 110 children were chosen, divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 55 cases each group. The control group was treated by prednisone, and the observation group by Banxia Xiexin decoction and prednisone. To observe clinical effects, the levels of WBC and EOS and the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 94.55% (52/55), superior to 81.82% (45/55) of the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of WBC and EOS in both groups decreased (P<0.05), and the decrease of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 10.91% (6/55), higher than 5.45% (3/55) of the control group, while the difference had no statistical meaning (P>0.05). ConclusionBanxia Xiexin decoction in combination with prednis-one in treating eosinophilic gastroenteritis could notably strengthen therapeutic effects, promote the levels of WBC and EOS to normal, although the adverse reactions are slightly increased to some extent, there was no significant difference compared with the control group tolerance range.
