摘要:
目的探讨黄葵胶囊联合泼尼松治疗儿童过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。 方法将65例符合纳入标准的紫癜性肾炎患儿，分为观察组32例与对照组33例，两组均用泼尼松等西药常规治疗，观察组口服黄葵胶囊，疗程为8周，观察两组治疗前后24小时尿蛋白、尿红细胞计数、β2微球蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮、总胆固醇及甘油三酯指标的变化情况。 结果治疗8周后，观察组24小时尿蛋白、尿红细胞计数、β2微球蛋白、血清肌酐及血甘油三酯均较对照组下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论黄葵胶囊联合西药常规治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的疗效显著。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of Huangkui capsule combined with prednisone in the treatment of children with Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN). MethodsA total of 65 children who met the inclusion criteria were allocated to 32 cases of the observation group and 33 cases of the control group according to random number table method, both groups accepted conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the observation group took Huangkui capsule orally, and the course was eight weeks, to observe the changes of 24-hour urinary protein, urine red blood cell count, β2 microglobulin, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, total cholesterol and triglyceride before and after treating in both groups. ResultsAfter eight weeks of treatment, 24-hour urinary protein, urine red blood cell count, β2 microglobulin, serum creatinine and triglyceride of the observation group lowered compared with these of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionHuangkui capsule combined with prednisone in the treatment of HSPN in children could obtain notable effects,
