摘要:
目的通过测定不同月份纹党总黄酮含量探讨其动态积累过程及其质量品质形成。 方法以75%乙醇进行超声提取,提取液定容后取2 mL于25 mL容量瓶,加入5%亚硝酸钠1 mL,静置6 min;加入10%硝酸铝1 mL,静置6 min;加入5%氢氧化钠10 mL,静置15 min显色。 结果纹党所含总黄酮含量呈先下降后升高的趋势,含量最高月份为7、8月。 结论纹党总黄酮含量随着季节的变迁而变化,春季纹党尚未萌发时黄酮含量最高,说明纹党药材“初春发芽前采收”的合理性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore dynamic accumulation process of total flavonoids and the quality formation by determining the contents of total flavonoids extracted from Wendang (Codonopsis pilosula) in different month. MethodsUltrasonic extraction was carried out with 75% ethanol, after fixing the extraction solution to a constant volume, 2 mL was put into a 25 mL volumetric flask, 1 mL of 5% sodium nitrite was added and left to stand for 6 min; 1 mL of 10% aluminum nitrate was added and left to stand for 6 min; 10 mL of 5% sodium hydroxide was added and left to stand for 15 min to develop the color. ResultsThe contents of total flavonoids contained in Wendang showed of a trend of decreasing first and then increasing, and the highest content was in July and August. ConclusionThe contents of total flavonoids contained in Wendang vary with the seasons, the content of total flavonoids is the highest when Wendang has not yet germinated in spring, and it shows the rationality of “harvesting before germination in early spring” of Wendang.
