摘要:: 先秦两汉时期的医学成就为托法奠定了理论与药物学基础，逐渐出现排脓法；两晋、南北朝外科内治法与方药有了较大创新与发展，托法初具雏形，方剂组成体现出由“排脓”向“透邪托里”的转变过程与治法思想；隋唐外科内治延续《刘涓子鬼遗方》，并得到了拓展应用；直到宋代首创以“托里”命名的方剂，并提出了托法的名称，在其适应症、作用与方药理论体系形成、托法正式确立、适用阶段广泛、药物组成多有补益气血与扶正托里之药，以及随证伍入药物丰富方面均对研究后来托法的演变、反观现代托法的认识有重要意义。

Abstract:: Medical achievements in the early Qin and Han dynasty has laid the theoretical and pharmacological foundation for expelling method, and the method of draining pus appeared gradually; surgical internal treatment and the prescription and materia medica in the period of the Jin, and the Northern and Southern dynasties have innovated and developed greatly, the expelling method began to take shape, the formation of the prescriptions represented the transformation process and the thinking of therapeutic methods from “ draining pus” to “outthrusting evils and expelling from within”; surgical internal treatment in Sui and Tang dynasties lasted from Liujuanzi Guiyifang, and its application has been expanded; till the Song dynasty, the prescription named “expelling from within” has been initiated, and the name of expelling method was raised. It is of great significance to study the evolution of the later expelling method and looking back on the understanding of the modern expelling method in terms of its indications, functions, and the formation of the theoretical system of the prescriptions, the formal establishment of expelling method, the wide application stages, the drugs of tonifying Qi and blood, enhancing healthy Qi and expelling from within involved mostly, the enrichment of drugs with the syndrome.
