摘要:
目的基于数据挖掘分析龚丽娟教授治疗慢性肾衰竭（chronic renal failure，CRF）的用药规律。 方法收集龚丽娟教授治疗CRF的临床病例，采用频数统计、复杂网络等方法，统计治疗CRF的常用药物、药物性味、归经、分类、功效，以及药物与药物之间的复杂网络，分析龚丽娟教授治疗CRF的用药经验。 结果对纳入病例进行分析，发现龚丽娟教授临床治疗CRF的常用中药为山药、白马骨、茯苓、黄芪、白术、大黄、山萸肉、红花、枸杞子、太子参、陈皮、薏苡仁、半夏、党参，性味以甘温、甘平、苦寒为主，归经以脾为根本，其次是肝、肺、肾，药物功效以补气、补阴为主，以山药、黄芪、白术等最常使用，其次是清热、利湿药。常选用白马骨、白花蛇舌草、茯苓、薏苡仁等，此外活血化瘀药也在CRF中的治疗中占据重要作用，如红花、丹参等。 结论益肾清利乃龚丽娟治疗CRF的基础，随证轻重缓急变化辅以泄浊、活血等方药。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze professor Gong Lijuan′s medication laws of treating CRF based on data mining. MethodsProfessor Gong Lijuan′s clinical cases of treating CRF were collected, frequency statistics and complex networks were applied to count professor Gong Lijuan′s commonly-used drugs in the treatment of CRF, the nature and property, meridian tropism, category, efficacy, complex networks between herbs, to analyze professor Gong Lijuan′s experience in treating CRF. ResultsBy analyzing the included medical cases, professor Gong Lijuan′s commonly-used drugs were Shanyao (Dioscorea opposita), Baimagu (root of Snow of June), Fuling (Indian Buead), Huangqi (Radix astragali), Baizhu (Largehead atractylodes), Dahuang (Rhubarb), Shanzhuyu (Medical Dogwood), Honghua (Safflower), Gouqizi (Barbary Wolfberry Frui), Taizishen (Radix Pesudostellariae), Chenpi (Pericarpium citri reticulatae), Yiyiren (coix seed), Banxia (Pinellia Tuber) and Dangshen (Root of Pilose Asiabell), the nature and property of the drugs were bitter and warm, sweet and mild, bitter and cold, and the meridians tropism was spleen fundamentally, liver, lung and kidney the next, medicinal efficacy was tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin primarily, Shanyao, Huangqi, Baizhu and others were commonly used, the next the drugs of clearing heat and removing dampness. Baimagu, Baihuasheshecao (Hedyotis diffusa), Fuling and Yiyiren were frequently selected, in addition, the drugs of activating blood and removing stasis play the important roles in the treatment of CRF, including Honghua, Danshen (Danshen Root). ConclusionBenefiting kidney and clearing is the foundation of Gong Lijuan′s therapy for CRF, it changes with the priority of syndrome, supplemented by relieving turbidity and promoting blood circulation.
