摘要:
目的研究人生回顾联合生命陪伴护理对肺癌晚期接受姑息治疗患者的幸福感、心理状态及生活质量的影响。 方法选择肺癌晚期接受姑息治疗的患者共96例，采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组48例。对照组实施常规护理干预方法，观察组以常规护理为基础实施人生回顾联合生命陪伴干预。评估两组健康调查简表（the MOS 36-item short form health survey，SF-36）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）、汉密顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale，HAMD）、总体幸福感量表（general well-being schedule，GWB）得分情况。 结果干预后两组SF-36量表、GWB量表评分均提高（P＜0.05），HAMA与HAMD量表得分均降低（P＜0.05），且治疗后观察组得分改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论人生回顾联合生命陪伴干预有利于改善肺癌晚期姑息疗法患者的心理状态、生活质量及主观幸福感。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the effects of life review and life companionship on well-being, psychological state and quality of life in advanced lung cancer patients undergoing palliative treatment. MethodsAll 96 advanced lung cancer patients who were undergoing palliative treatment were chosen, and divided into the observation group and the control group using random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group performed conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group were intervened by life review and life companionship on the foundation of conventional nursing, to assess the scores of SF-36, HAMA, HAMD and GWB in both groups. ResultsAfter the intervention, the scores of SF-36 scales and GWB scales in both groups increased (P<0.05), the scores of HAMA and HAMD scales decreased (P<0.05), after the treatment, the improvements of the scores of the observation group were superior to these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionLife review and life companionship could help improve psychological state, quality of life and subjective well-being in advanced lung cancer patients who accept palliative treatment.
