摘要:
通过1则验案探讨“三辨三法”辨治头痛的经验，指出“三辨”识头痛，当以排除真头痛、类中风为先，再辨外感和内伤，内伤当别虚实。“三法”治头痛当分外感与内伤，外感头痛重在祛风，重视风药的运用，配合循经药；内伤头痛重在治肝，宜分调肝气、补肝血。
Abstract:
The experience in differentiating and treating headache by “differentiation three times and three therapies” was discussed by one effective case, it was pointed out that in the differentiation of headache by “three differentiation”, we should rule out real headache and stroke first, distinguish external factors and internal injury, then deficiency and excess of internal injury; in “three therapies” of headache, we should distinguish external factors and internal injury, dispelling wind is significant to external headache, we should attach importance to the application of wind-drug, based on meridian-following medicine; in the treatment of the headache caused by internal injury, it is important to treat liver through regulating liver Qi and tonifying liver blood.
